Instructions:

1. Shoot & Upload a 2 minute video on YouTube* demonstrating your technique and dance-ability.

2. Fill in the registration form and paste the link from YouTube in it.

3. If your application to the program is accepted, you will be notified via E-mail, with a membership code and an online payment link.

4. Pay the tuition fee by one of our payment methods.

Deadlines:

For video and form submission: 21st April

For Tuition Fee: 27th April (online) & 1st May in Mumbai.

*Please do not set the YouTube privacy setting to "Private". If your video does not play, your registration will be considered incomplete.

For Indian Nationals : INR 25,000/-

For International Students : USD $820/-

Tuition fee is due in full by May 1, 2014.

A Late Fee will be charged to payments received after due date.

International Students may receive a $100.00 tuition discount by paying in full by April 20, 2014.

Housing costs are separate. Please read below.

Students 18 and older may be housed at Hotel Planet Residency, Vile Parle (E), from where they will be provided a drop facility to the studio. Hotel Planet Residency provides bed and breakfast and has a set up of twin sharing, triple sharing or quadra sharing rooms available to the student depending on their request.

The cost of housing at Hotel Planet Residency for students is Rs. 30,000/- for Indian Nationals and USD 488$ for international students.

Attendance:

1. Please note that 80% attendance is compulsory at the SPB INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.

2. If you are unable to attend the Program for a day, you need to inform the person incharge at SHIAMAK - Mumbai (Head office) on +91 22 61543000.

3. If you are unable to attend the Program for more than 2 days due to sickness, a medical certificate needs to be produced.

4. To avail leave you need to e-mail your leave application at spbconvention@shiamak.com.

Uniform:

Please note that it is MANDATORY to wear SHIAMAK dance gear or the required dance uniform during the program.

The dance gear can be purchased from (Shiamak Gear by Jill Yoga weblink). The Dance gear and accessories includes Leotard, pink tights (girls), pair of shorts, Ballet Shoes, Knee pads and a Yoga Mat.
