SHIAMAK UK will never sell your data or send you unsolicited marketing messages.

We will only retain the Personal Data collected from a User for as long as our relationship remains active or otherwise for a limited period as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your information may be stored in United Kingdom, Canada or any country in which Shiamak Davar International Ltd, its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. Data Controller and Data Processor
Data at an individual level is controlled by the Creator. Shiamak Davar International Ltd UK can be a data controller of data about users, only in the ways described in the section called “How we use your information”. To the extent that is the case, your data controller and processor is Shiamak Davar International Ltd.
Cookies and analytics
SHIAMAK UK uses two analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website so that we can improve it. Both are switched off until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline”, neither tool loads. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC. When you accept, it sets cookies (such as _ga) and records the pages you visit, how long you stay, the page or link that brought you to the website, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not give us your name, email address or phone number.

Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. When you accept, it sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and records how you use our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to produce heatmaps and session replays that help us find pages that are hard to use. Text typed into form fields is masked by default.

Your choice
We remember your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so that we do not ask again on every visit. This stored choice contains no personal information. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the banner will appear again.
